Spectators: 7510 (Terracing: 5633, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arvid Vallman kicked off to start the match. Arvid Vallman scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eustaquio Luke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Beckham23's Eustaquio Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Pașcanu in the 8th minute of play. If Roque Mark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Roque Mark came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Beckham23 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Mark couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Blåränderna booed when Beckham23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Ledesma didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Arvid Vallman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marciano Montrell made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Blåränderna's Tommy Heggert. After having played for 31 minutes, Arvid Vallman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blåränderna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvid Vallman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roque Mark struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Christian Sjödin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beckham23. After having played for 39 minutes, Arvid Vallman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blåränderna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvid Vallman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42ndth minute of the game Arvid Vallman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beckham23's Eustaquio Luke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 44 played minutes Beckham23 got a freekick which was hit by Roque Mark. A collision led to Blåränderna getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Olov Kihlberg hit a great ball. Eustaquio Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Pașcanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roque Mark to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Beckham23 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Montrell to maneuver through the defense. Marius Pașcanu's late challenge caught a Beckham23's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marius Pașcanu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, Marius Pașcanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 59 minutes, Marius Pașcanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blåränderna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marius Pașcanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blåränderna's Marius Pașcanu got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Sjödin made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Roque Mark sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute Marius Pașcanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustaquio Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Pașcanu in the 70th minute of play. Eustaquio Luke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvid Vallman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 played minutes Blåränderna got a freekick which was hit by John Skager. Prudencio Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Sjödin having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Blåränderna's Bengt-Åke Lidström got a free kick in the 80th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roque Mark in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Sjödin saved Blåränderna from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Blåränderna's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roque Mark fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Blåränderna booed when Beckham23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Mark didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Beckham23 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
