Severiano Lawrence didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honorio Dino went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 8 minutes into the match, Garruchos's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Gipuzkoa came free, but Severiano Lawrence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Candido Gamus's late challenge caught a Italia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Candido Gamus helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Italia booed when Garruchos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Gamus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prospero Rocio took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severiano Lawrence. Severiano Lawrence dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 18th minute Fabian Gipuzkoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Lawrence saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Fabian Gipuzkoa notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Garruchos's Severiano Lawrence. Severiano Lawrence was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute, Fabian Gipuzkoa made a precise shot to the right of Severiano Lawrence. Garruchos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Severiano Lawrence showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Dino in the 35th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Honorio Dino put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Severiano Lawrence. 40 minutes into the match, Garruchos's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Gipuzkoa came free, but Severiano Lawrence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severiano Lawrence made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Gipuzkoa in the 41st minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Honorio Dino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Severiano Lawrence was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Placido Ubelteso was the one to do the kick off. Garruchos's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Honorio Dino 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-8. After a rather tough play, Italia's Leandro Gabon got a free kick in the 56th minute. Sergio Precioso kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Sergio Batista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Garruchos's Severiano Lawrence played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Dino in the 60th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Gustavo Hustaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garruchos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Italia the free kick. After 66 played minutes Garruchos got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Hustaz. The crowd rose to their feet as Italia's Honorio Dino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Severiano Lawrence. That made the score 0-10 after 72 minutes of play. Fabian Gipuzkoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Severiano Lawrence made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Italia's zone, Candido Gamus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilberto Arias came out of the goal and Candido Gamus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute, Italia's Fabian Gipuzkoa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Severiano Lawrence. Severiano Lawrence yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. Severiano Lawrence showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Gipuzkoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 94thth minute of the game Honorio Dino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garruchos's Severiano Lawrence was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Garruchos's Severiano Lawrence got control of the ball when Fabian Gipuzkoa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Italia played a much better game than Garruchos and deserved their victory. The Garruchos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
