The Belgrano LOS PIRATAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nahuel Losada should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute of the match, Casimiro Lore tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arrosko Flores saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Nahuel Losada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Baggio in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Charro Camino came free, but Nahuel Losada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Casimiro Lore kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arrosko Flores. That made the score 1-1 in the 38 minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Casimiro Lore was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Boomer Fc booed when Belgrano LOS PIRATAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Mantzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Fabiano Artime kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 64 minutes into the match, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Landolfo Andres came free, but Nahuel Losada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Nahuel Losada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano LOS PIRATAS from getting a goal against them. Nahuel Losada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Landolfo Andres in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Charro Camino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nahuel Losada was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Xuaco Erosa came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nahuel Losada could save by the left post. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Xuaco Erosa took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Nahuel Losada to make any attempt to save it. Youri Djorkaeff hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Casimiro Lore got a free kick in the 81st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Nahuel Losada successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nahuel Losada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Róbert Baggio in the 84th minute. After having played for 97 minutes, Xuaco Erosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boomer Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xuaco Erosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boomer Fc's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
