Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bryan Lam took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Erik Arenius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carl Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Didi Yip in the 5th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bryan Lam in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Carlsson saved DFP from getting behind. Carl Carlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Didi Yip, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. NFH Family United's Anil Sum was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carl Carlsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Wong Sophie kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After having played for 17 minutes, Agne Lundkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DFP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agne Lundkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute Bryan Lam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Carlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, DFP's Elliott Linquist got a free kick in the 24th minute. Didi Yip scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carl Carlsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. NFH Family United's Didi Yip got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute Didi Yip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Carlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes DFP's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anil Sum who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Bryan Lam advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-2 in the 38th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Agne Lundkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerard Koh. NFH Family United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agne Lundkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 48th minute, Erik Arenius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Agne Lundkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Erik Arenius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerard Koh read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Gerard Koh came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by DFP's Agne Lundkvist. But to his dismay, Agne Lundkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Didi Yip took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carl Carlsson. Carl Carlsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. DFP's Carl Carlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didi Yip in the 61st minute of play. Carl Carlsson made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Farhan Hui sent off a good shot on target. If Farhan Hui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, NFH Family United's goal looked a bit too open when Agne Lundkvist came free, but Gerard Koh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carl Carlsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didi Yip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerard Koh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agne Lundkvist in the 82nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Agne Lundkvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gerard Koh was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 84th match minute, NFH Family United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Merlin Braddell to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Agne Lundkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerard Koh. NFH Family United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agne Lundkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. In the 94th minute, Erik Arenius made a precise shot to the right of Gerard Koh. NFH Family United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-4.
