Spectators: 7559 (Terracing: 5670, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 151) Pagos FC's Manolis Nikologiannis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Pagos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Vlas came free, but Giorgos Katzelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Francisc Tarcu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Toader Ghișe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC ciufulici fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 19 played minutes FC ciufulici got a freekick which was hit by Andrei Joita. After 20 played minutes, Pagos FC's Alekos Papachristou shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dacian Oravițan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pagos FC reached it. In the 28th minute, Gerasimos Maros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pagos FC's Giorgos Katzelis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Pagos FC from getting a goal against them. After 31 played minutes Pagos FC got a freekick which was hit by Charalambos Lelopoulos. In the 32nd match minute, Pagos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charis Nebegleras to maneuver through the defense. George Giurcă's shot from long distance in the 32nd minute was not bad at all, but Pagos FC's Giorgos Katzelis knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 40th minute Edgar Vlas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giorgos Katzelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerasimos Maros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dacian Oravițan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgar Vlas made a kick off. Alekos Papachristou kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Edgar Vlas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ciufulici's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Vlas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giorgos Katzelis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute of the match FC ciufulici got a corner. Pagos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. George Giurcă ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC ciufulici's George Giurcă was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Giorgos Katzelis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Telis Valsaris hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, George Giurcă made a precise shot to the right of Giorgos Katzelis. Pagos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Giorgos Katzelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Giurcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Giorgos Katzelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisc Tarcu in the 78th minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, FC ciufulici's Edgar Vlas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giorgos Katzelis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After 87 minutes, Edgar Vlas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC ciufulici and the Pagos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edgar Vlas hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. During the 89th minute of the match Edgar Vlas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Edgar Vlas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, FC ciufulici's Edgar Vlas got a free kick in the 90th minute. Pagos FC's Giorgos Katzelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Giurcă in the 92nd minute of play. After 94 minutes, Telis Valsaris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pagos FC and the FC ciufulici players grew even worse after the yellow card. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC ciufulici had played much better football throughout.
