Linus Hägglund was slow to take the kick. During this time BK Forward's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, BK Forward's Erland Blixt got a free kick in the 5th minute. A collision led to BK Forward getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Erland Blixt hit a great ball. With a little luck, V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Róbert Migaš got control of the ball when Marcus Kinell tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Gabriel Urbanovský had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Daniel Chvalný managed to get in a good position for a shot. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Chvalný was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddie Helberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcus Kinells short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Róbert Migaš to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 21 played minutes V.K.DRINK Hermanovce got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Chvalný. If Eugen Kohútik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcus Kinell got free with Róbert Migaš in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Róbert Migaš proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save V.K.DRINK Hermanovce from getting a goal against them. Róbert Migaš didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Kinell went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Marcus Kinells short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Róbert Migaš to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 38th minute, Marcus Kinell made a precise shot to the right of Róbert Migaš. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. BK Forward's Freddie Helberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Su Per in the 42nd minute of play. When Daniel Chvalný fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's protests and gave Daniel Chvalný a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to V.K.DRINK Hermanovce getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Daniel Chvalný hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The BK Forward fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when BK Forward's Marcus Kinell looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Linus Hägglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 played minutes BK Forward got a freekick which was hit by Robert Salqvist. Gabriel Urbanovský fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddie Helberg having to interfere. Freddie Helberg made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Gabriel Urbanovský sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the match, Marcus Kinell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Róbert Migaš. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcus Kinell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. After a rather tough play, BK Forward's Robert Salqvist got a free kick in the 72nd minute. With a little luck, BK Forward's Freddie Helberg got control of the ball when Richard Kudlatý tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute Marcus Kinell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Migaš saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Säv hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Gabriel Urbanovský might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Freddie Helberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gabriel Urbanovský ran back to his position shaking his head. Róbert Migaš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Kinell, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Su Pers short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Freddie Helberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 92nd minute, Philip Markusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Eugen Kohútik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The BK Forward players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
