Spectators: 7541 (Terracing: 5657, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aykut Kocaman took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Raymond Lherbier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thibaut Mazieres took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barışcan İnegöllü. Barışcan İnegöllü dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Sabri Fouquet came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Indiana University's Aykut Kocaman. But to his dismay, Aykut Kocaman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 21 minutes into the game, Indiana University's Aykut Kocaman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sabri Fouquet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 24th minute, Thibaut Mazieres made a precise shot to the right of Barışcan İnegöllü. Indiana University's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 32nd minute Hakkı Onur Sarim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabri Fouquet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raymond Lherbier kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Aykut Kocaman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Sabri Fouquet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Aykut Kocaman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Aykut Kocaman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sabri Fouquet. That made the score 4-2 in the 43 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thibaut Mazieres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Indiana University's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmed Grail came free, but Barışcan İnegöllü reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Pointe Courte's Sabri Fouquet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aykut Kocaman in the 67th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in La Pointe Courte's zone, Güneş Polatkan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabri Fouquet came out of the goal and Güneş Polatkan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. La Pointe Courte's Wilfried Mahé was substituted for Jérôme Leloup. La Pointe Courte made a substitution. Tim Quantin replaced Patxi Seux. In the 75th match minute, La Pointe Courte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Boivin to maneuver through the defense. Sabri Fouquet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aykut Kocaman, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 82ndth minute of the game Aykut Kocaman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Pointe Courte's Sabri Fouquet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 85 minutes of play, Indiana University's Aykut Kocaman made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sabri Fouquet was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Güneş Polatkan during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th match minute, Indiana University was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güneş Polatkan to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Aykut Kocaman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sabri Fouquet was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Indiana University had won after a very even match.
