After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Ramazan Özge managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOTUS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramazan Özge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno de Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diogo Sampaio to strike the kick off in the second half. Ali Numan Işın struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Bruno de Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LOTUS. 59 minutes into the game, Cido Pimenta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anderbye FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LOTUS the free kick. After 78 played minutes LOTUS got a freekick which was hit by Cafer Uğural. Ricardinho Correia charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ricardinho Correia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Anderbye FC's Ricardinho Correia got a free kick in the 88th minute. Ramazan Özge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
