CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE's Juvenal Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Furo Furenbrink in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kurt Rosen was slow to take the kick. During this time S.C. Ferrari's players had a chance to rest. Juvenal Sergipano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furo Furenbrink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Carlos Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murilo Quirino in the 19th minute of the match. Ferrari's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonas Fonseca took the corner. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juvenal Sergipano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juvenal Sergipano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Furo Furenbrink recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th match minute, S.C. Ferrari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo de Sousa to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Kiko Tande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juvenal Sergipano came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by S.C. Ferrari's Willian Paes. But to his dismay, Willian Paes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, S.C. Ferrari could leave the field as winners, despite CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE having more of the ball for most of the match.
