The The Reds fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when The Reds's Elliot Bergström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 74 minutes, Erling Björk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hallands Riviera and the The Reds players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the The Reds defense, Egil Hultman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernt Nässén. The The Reds fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernt Nässén should have stopped the shot. Viktor Blanck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Svante Kinell during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 91 played minutes Hallands Riviera got a freekick which was hit by Svante Kinell. After 92 played minutes, The Reds's Pär Landin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Viktor Blanck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in The Reds reached it. Hallands Riviera's Svante Kinell got his second yellow card of the match in the 93rd minute.
