David Odman might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horácio Donato. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Odman ran back to his position shaking his head. Galo na Veia FC™'s Horácio Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Odman in the 16th minute of play. Rune Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Scarpa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 played minutes Onsala Ass Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Vilhelm Ek. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Galo na Veia FC™:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Onsala Ass Kickers:s goal. Horácio Donato had in the 23rdth minute some difficulties stopping Emil Bohlin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Onsala Ass Kickers's Rune Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Profeta in the 24th minute of play. Onsala Ass Kickers's Magnus Björkqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Maciej Żurawski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rune Norberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Rune Norberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maciej Żurawski in the 38th minute. After some careless play in the Onsala Ass Kickers defense, Ferdinand Profeta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rune Norberg. The Onsala Ass Kickers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rune Norberg should have stopped the shot. Horácio Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Odman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Magnus Björkqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Flavinho Rosado came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Galo na Veia FC™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavinho Rosado couldn't finish the play. Rune Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavinho Rosado, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 58 minutes, Flavinho Rosado made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Onsala Ass Kickers's Rune Norberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Flavinho Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Norberg having to interfere. Jan-Olof Brogren kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Onsala Ass Kickers's Rune Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Żurawski in the 67th minute of play. Hans Back hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernard Scarpa in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rune Norberg saved Onsala Ass Kickers from getting behind. In the 76th minute Bernard Scarpa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match Galo na Veia FC™ got a corner. Onsala Ass Kickers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Amauri Terra ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Amauri Terra got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rune Norberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 79th minute Ferdinand Profeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celsinho Capixaba charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celsinho Capixaba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Celsinho Capixaba hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Rune Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Profeta in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Arvid Grönlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Onsala Ass Kickers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galo na Veia FC™ the free kick. A collision led to Onsala Ass Kickers getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Arvid Grönlund hit a great ball. Galo na Veia FC™'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
