Leonardo Salomone started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Imрêriо Aztêćâ's Angelino Tabor got a free kick in the 4th minute. Steffen Møgster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Salomone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Arne Botnen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl-Rune Johanson in the 10th minute of play forced Imрêriо Aztêćâ's goalkeeper Bernabe Aurre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Imрêriо Aztêćâ's goal looked a bit too open when Jarle Westby came free, but Bernabe Aurre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saga TF's attentive Ola Nordhagen managed to snatch the ball when Genaro Estavan made a throw-in in the 20th minute of the game. Bernabe Aurre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarle Westby in the 23rd minute of the match. After 23 played minutes Imрêriо Aztêćâ got a freekick which was hit by Jose Beltran. The supporters of Saga TF booed when Imрêriо Aztêćâ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Tabor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernabe Aurre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arne Botnen went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Imрêriо Aztêćâ's Bernabe Aurre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarle Westby in the 38th minute of play. Vinicio Vincent charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vinicio Vincent the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Saga TF's Vinicio Vincent got a free kick in the 41st minute. Bernabe Aurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarle Westby in the 43rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jarle Westby's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernabe Aurre was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jarle Westby made the kick off in the second half. Magnus Egeberg kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Steffen Møgster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Salomone in the 57th minute of the match. A collision led to Saga TF getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ola Nordhagen hit a great ball. Daniel Gai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Steffen Møgster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Estavan came free, but Steffen Møgster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saga TF's Steffen Møgster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Estavan in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Imрêriо Aztêćâ's Sebastian Chayo got a free kick in the 69th minute. Gaston Perez's late challenge caught a Saga TF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 85 minutes of play, Imрêriо Aztêćâ's Leonardo Salomone made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Steffen Møgster was left in no man's land by his defense there! Imрêriо Aztêćâ's Bernabe Aurre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Imрêriо Aztêćâ from getting a goal against them. 91 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Salomone came free, but Steffen Møgster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steffen Møgster didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Velasco went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Saga TF were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
