Ferdi Dekens kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Ramone Congey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luuk Meppelink having to make a save. Remicio Balda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 16 minutes, Valente Calonge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Libertadores Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valente Calonge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ferdi Dekens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Vaquero having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Gauargi Reyes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luuk Meppelink made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramone Congey in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Libertadores Fútbol Club's Valente Calonge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luuk Meppelink narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Zijdewind SC's zone, Ramone Congey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luuk Meppelink came out of the goal and Ramone Congey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramone Congey in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luuk Meppelink saved Zijdewind SC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramone Congey during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Libertadores Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Ramone Congey. Remicio Balda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luuk Meppelink having to interfere. Gaston Guion hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Ferdi Dekens made the kick off in the second half. When Zijdewind SC's Ferdi Dekens in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Libertadores Fútbol Club's goalie prevented a goal. In the 56th minute, Valente Calonge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramone Congey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Luuk Meppelink tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luuk Meppelink didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valente Calonge went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Valente Calonge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damien Schimmel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Evelio Vaquero made a huge save. When Valente Calonge came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Libertadores Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valente Calonge couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute, Ramone Congey left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Libertadores Fútbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Remicio Balda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luuk Meppelink having to interfere. Valente Calonge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Luuk Meppelink tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
