Spectators: 7520 (Terracing: 5641, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Victor Dan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Club Vertigo's Dan Berceanu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vasil Mihailov, made in the 3rd minute of the game. 4 minutes into the game, Vasil Mihailov threw the ball into play from the sideline. Club Vertigo's Dan Berceanu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 4th minute, Victor Dan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lilcho Arsov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ştefan Panțuru in the 7th minute of the match. Lilcho Arsov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Panțuru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Răzvan Mirciulescu came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Botev Plovdiv 1912's Ognyan Filipov. But to his dismay, Ognyan Filipov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 16 minutes of play, Botev Plovdiv 1912's Daniel Hardalov made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ştefan Panțuru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lilcho Arsov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Botev Plovdiv 1912's Lilcho Arsov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dumitru Mavrogheni in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 52 played minutes Club Vertigo got a freekick which was hit by Dan Berceanu. Lilcho Arsov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Dan in the 54th minute of play. Daniel Hardalov hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Ştefan Panțuru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lilcho Arsov having to interfere. When Valeriu Achiriloaie fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Vertigo's protests and gave Valeriu Achiriloaie a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Club Vertigo got a freekick which was hit by Valeriu Achiriloaie. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Daniel Hardalov put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Răzvan Mirciulescu. Ştefan Panțuru who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Lilcho Arsov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Club Vertigo booed when Botev Plovdiv 1912 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bratan Vladikov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lilcho Arsov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valeriu Achiriloaie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ştefan Panțuru came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Club Vertigo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ştefan Panțuru couldn't finish the play. Zhecho Grozdanov scored 5-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Răzvan Mirciulescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ştefan Panțuru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Lilcho Arsov made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ştefan Panțuru got free with Lilcho Arsov in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
