Nildo do Valle came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Leo Perpinya could save by the left post. COPO CHEIO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nildo do Valle in the 26th minute. Nildo do Valle made a great header on COPO CHEIO's corner, it was just that Cachiyuyo EAS's Leo Perpinya managed to reach the ball for a save. COPO CHEIO's Lam Para played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Telesforo in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to Cachiyuyo EAS getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Bonifacio Pepillo hit a great ball. Bonifacio Pepillo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Cachiyuyo EAS's attentive Bonifacio Pepillo managed to snatch the ball when Dedé Negri made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. Duda Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lam Para having to interfere. Honorio Telesforo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Lam Para tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 minutes of play, Cachiyuyo EAS's Honorio Telesforo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lam Para was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Filipe Meirelles made the kick off in the second half. Leo Perpinya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdomiro Braga in the 53rd minute of the match. 56 minutes in the game Dedé Negri did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Valdomiro Braga. Dedé Negri made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cachiyuyo EAS's Bonifacio Pepillo. Lam Para made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Telesforo in the 64th minute of play. Dedé Negri made in the 67th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Valdomiro Braga. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Telesforo in the 70th minute of play forced COPO CHEIO's goalkeeper Lam Para to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Honorio Telesforo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lam Para. Honorio Telesforo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Bonifacio Pepillo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The throw-in from Dedé Negri in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cachiyuyo EAS's Bonifacio Pepillo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Honorio Telesforo in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lam Para prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of COPO CHEIO booed when Cachiyuyo EAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duda Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Honorio Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Duda Batista got free with Lam Para in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in COPO CHEIO's zone, Honorio Telesforo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lam Para came out of the goal and Honorio Telesforo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cachiyuyo EAS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
