Spectators: 7373 (Terracing: 5586, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 75) Fabian Tiniebra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Gogo Fortun threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pretorianos FC's Jeremias Oton quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 6th minute, Arnaldo Tome left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pretorianos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cleto Maxin came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Pretorianos FC's Arnaldo Tome. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Tome quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Arnaldo Tome struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Cleto Maxin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pretorianos FC. Fabian Tiniebra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Baldomiro Elequemedo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cleto Maxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Dalmai in the 17th minute of the match. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when Liquid Spirit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Alfonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Dalmai in the 19th minute of play forced Liquid Spirit's goalkeeper Cleto Maxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Reynaldo Gartxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Elequemedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Americo Mero hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when Liquid Spirit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Gartxot didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Pretorianos FC's Gavino Dalmai got a free kick in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Tiniebra in the 41st minute of play forced Pretorianos FC's goalkeeper Baldomiro Elequemedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomiro Elequemedo made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Americo Mero sent off a good shot on target. Gavino Dalmai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Maxin having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gavino Dalmai was the one to do the kick off. Pretorianos FC's Baldomiro Elequemedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Tiniebra in the 55th minute of play. Hernan Alfonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Baldomiro Elequemedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th match minute, Pretorianos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Sedeni to maneuver through the defense. Gogo Fortun made in the 61st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pretorianos FC's Jeremias Oton. When Paulo Gilabert came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Liquid Spirit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Gilabert couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the match, Gavino Dalmai dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cleto Maxin, 0-3. If Fabian Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Fabian Tiniebra put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Baldomiro Elequemedo. Arnaldo Tome could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Cleto Maxin made a huge save. Reynaldo Gartxot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Arnaldo Tome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cleto Maxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Tome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liquid Spirit's Cleto Maxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Dalmai in the 88th minute of play. When Hernan Alfonso fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liquid Spirit's protests and gave Hernan Alfonso a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Liquid Spirit:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pretorianos FC:s goal. The referee gave Pretorianos FC a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Natalio Fidele, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Liquid Spirit's Cleto Maxin. 1-4. In the 98th match minute, Liquid Spirit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Gartxot to maneuver through the defense. 99 minutes into the match, Liquid Spirit's goalkeeper Cleto Maxin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Fidele. The Pretorianos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pretorianos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
