Liviu Cezar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Milosz Tomaka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucian Panțuru hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Eleodoro Jaraba succeeded in the game's 70th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Milosz Tomaka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucian Panțuru's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After 77th play minutes Horia Caranică shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Milosz Tomaka and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateusz Gerlach in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Şandru saved Progresul Pitesti from getting behind. In the 81st minute, Eleodoro Jaraba made a precise shot to the right of Emil Şandru. Progresul Pitesti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Horia Caranică received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Milosz Tomaka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fragleses fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 91 minutes, Progresul Pitesti's Pompiliu Iureș got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Milosz Tomaka. After 93 played minutes Progresul Pitesti got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Marinică. Aleksander Literski might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Şandru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aleksander Literski ran back to his position shaking his head. For all the effort they put into the match, the Progresul Pitesti players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fragleses.
