Angel Firmo hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Galo do Cerrado's Juan Tinoco shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rafael Gilesindo but with some difficulty. Benjamin Branco struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Rafael Gilesindo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galo do Cerrado. In the 12th minute, Faustino Eneto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Locura Académica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Alfredinho Andrade came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Locura Académica's Jonathan Sotero. But to his dismay, Jonathan Sotero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Locura Académica's Rafael Gilesindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Branco in the 21st minute of play. After 23 minutes of play, Locura Académica's Nyangnyang Rungkat made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredinho Andrade was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfredinho Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pascual Paio went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Rafael Gilesindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Matorin in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Manuel Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the game, Pascual Paio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Alfredinho Andrade was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Matorin in the 36th minute of play forced Locura Académica's goalkeeper Rafael Gilesindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Nyangnyang Rungkat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredinho Andrade was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. After some careless play in the Galo do Cerrado defense, Nyangnyang Rungkat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredinho Andrade. The Galo do Cerrado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredinho Andrade should have stopped the shot. The Galo do Cerrado players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Locura Académica were winning 0-8.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nyangnyang Rungkat made a kick off. A collision led to Galo do Cerrado getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jaime Trancoso hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Nyangnyang Rungkat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredinho Andrade. Galo do Cerrado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nyangnyang Rungkat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. After 57 played minutes Locura Académica got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Quirce. Alfredinho Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nyangnyang Rungkat, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, Locura Académica's Nyangnyang Rungkat dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. In the 67thth minute of the game Cássio Matorin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Locura Académica's Rafael Gilesindo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Locura Académica booed when Galo do Cerrado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Tinoco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Locura Académica's Nyangnyang Rungkat ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfredinho Andrade. Alfredinho Andrade yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Alfredinho Andrade successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Juan Tinoco was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. 78 minutes into the game, Nyangnyang Rungkat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Alfredinho Andrade was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 81 minutes into the match, Nyangnyang Rungkat notched a goal, 0-13, to the right of Galo do Cerrado's Alfredinho Andrade. Alfredinho Andrade was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute, Locura Académica's Faustino Eneto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfredinho Andrade. Alfredinho Andrade yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-14. 94 minutes into the match, Galo do Cerrado's goalkeeper Alfredinho Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Sotero. 95 minutes into the match, Nyangnyang Rungkat notched a goal, 0-15, to the right of Galo do Cerrado's Alfredinho Andrade. Alfredinho Andrade was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match was over Locura Académica could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Galo do Cerrado throughout the match.
