The tension between the Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- and the Åsbro Flåsegutter players grew even worse after the yellow card. 21 minutes into the match, Agne Carlsson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s César Rosa. César Rosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. César Rosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Isaksson in the 28th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Åsbro Flåsegutter got a freekick which was hit by Krama Migay. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrézinho Cunha got free with Isaac Fanström in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Vicente Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- defense, Hans Asplund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of César Rosa. The Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that César Rosa should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Vítor Valladares hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Jonas Isaksson made a precise shot to the right of César Rosa. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s César Rosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Asplund in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Abraão came free, but Isaac Fanström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Åsbro Flåsegutter were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Fred Branco made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Algot Hegg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 64 minutes on the clock, Conrado Lopez commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Åsbro Flåsegutter made a substitution. André Juhlin replaced Agne Carlsson. Conrado Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. César Rosa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 67th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Christian Paulin. In the 72nd minute Breno Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Fanström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- got a corner. Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andrézinho Cunha ran over to the corner to take the kick. Isaac Fanström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno Pernambucano in the 79th minute of play. Evaristo da Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Fanström having to interfere. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s César Rosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- from getting a goal against them. After 92 played minutes Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Toledo. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Åsbro Flåsegutter eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
