Arnulfo Piarres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gláuber Mazza in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Gláuber Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Piarres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Marcus Pollard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Piarres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chicão Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Castelar F.C.'s German Senen got a free kick in the 20th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Leguizamón in the 55th minute of play forced Austra VFC's goalkeeper Kitt Pegov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Austra VFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Kusko came free, but Kitt Pegov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 minutes of play, Castelar F.C.'s Cleto Leguizamón made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kitt Pegov was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gláuber Mazza in the 83rd minute of play forced Castelar F.C.'s goalkeeper Arnulfo Piarres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Castelar F.C.'s Arnulfo Piarres got control of the ball when Marcus Pollard tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute, Sixto Kusko made a precise shot to the right of Kitt Pegov. Austra VFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Austra VFC's Kitt Pegov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Senen in the 94th minute of play.
