The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciccio Rosa got free with Ricardo Honrio in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, PomeziaRamblers's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Francesco came free, but Domenico Bertolini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, VERΛ's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Petrella came free, but Ricardo Honrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th match minute, VERΛ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacio Macias to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, VERΛ's Santos Eyague got a free kick in the 40th minute. After 45 minutes, Santos Eyague mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VERΛ and the PomeziaRamblers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes VERΛ got a freekick which was hit by Santos Eyague.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciccio Rosa to strike the kick off in the second half. Domenico Bertolini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teobaldo Hegoi's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. The supporters of PomeziaRamblers booed when VERΛ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Garikoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Ciccio Rosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of VERΛ booed when PomeziaRamblers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciccio Rosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind PomeziaRamblers's goalkeeper Domenico Bertolini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the VERΛ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for PomeziaRamblers.
