Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Björn Stenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 4 minutes into the match, El Eterno Campeón's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Stenberg came free, but Leandro Daneri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnny Siggman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leandro Daneri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Johnny Siggman took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leandro Daneri. Leandro Daneri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Txomin Oliveros in the 13th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by 808s & Heartbreak's Oliver Skark. Olov Helström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leandro Daneri having to make a save. Tanio Mascaros short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Matthias Bjurström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Txomin Oliveros got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Maurín Munita. Leandro Daneri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Helström in the 31st minute of play. When Olov Helström came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the 808s & Heartbreak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olov Helström couldn't finish the play. Txomin Oliveros made in the 37th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Maurín Munita immediately put the ball in play. After a defensive mix-up in El Eterno Campeón's zone, Oliver Skark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Daneri came out of the goal and Oliver Skark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olov Helström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Leandro Daneri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Daniel Martinovic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Johnny Siggman to strike the kick off in the second half. Olov Helström's late challenge caught a El Eterno Campeón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olov Helström helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 played minutes 808s & Heartbreak got a freekick which was hit by Olov Helström. Johnny Siggman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Leandro Daneri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leandro Daneri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnny Siggman in the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of 808s & Heartbreak booed when El Eterno Campeón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yeray Saul didn't get a good kick on the ball. El Eterno Campeón's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Johnny Siggman 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. In the 77th minute, 808s & Heartbreak's Johnny Siggman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. 808s & Heartbreak's Olov Helström got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When El Eterno Campeón's Tanio Mascaro in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 808s & Heartbreak's goalie prevented a goal. After 95 played minutes El Eterno Campeón got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Martinovic. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alf Fogel during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
