Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enrico De Grandis started the match with the kick off. Donato Amatori charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donato Amatori the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 2 played minutes Alba FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Amatori. The supporters of Arye Suryoye booed when Alba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrea Iannotti didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Alba FC's zone, Michael Jonsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demetrio Felli came out of the goal and Michael Jonsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 10 played minutes Arye Suryoye got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Vibjörnsson. Flavio Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Per Holmberg charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per Holmberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Per Holmberg kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Jens Duset stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrico De Grandis's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enrico De Grandis in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens Duset prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Michael Jonsson hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Ola Rydberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demetrio Felli having to interfere. Per Holmberg took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demetrio Felli. Demetrio Felli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdemar Beckeman got free with Demetrio Felli in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute of the match Arye Suryoye got a corner. Alba FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcus Olsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Marcus Olsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Demetrio Felli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Arye Suryoye's Valdemar Beckeman got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Christian Paganelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens Duset was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Demetrio Felli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ola Rydberg made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Alba FC's Christian Paganelli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens Duset narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jens Duset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrico De Grandis in the 52nd minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Alba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Per Holmberg came free, but Demetrio Felli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Alba FC booed when Arye Suryoye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Holmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Alba FC's Donato Amatori in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arye Suryoye's goalie prevented a goal. Jens Duset stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrico De Grandis's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Alba FC's Donato Amatori slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jens Duset. That made the score 1-2 after 69 minutes of play. Christian Paganelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens Duset. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Paganelli ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Arye Suryoye's Michael Jonsson got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Alba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Rydberg came free, but Demetrio Felli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Christian Paganelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jens Duset took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Paganelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Enrico De Grandis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
