The supporters of KoLiber booed when The Skates was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Wennersten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Hedling could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Angel Vazquez made a huge save. The Skates were furious when Aleksander Anselius was red carded, 11 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 12 played minutes The Skates got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Anselius. In the 13th minute of the match Barnaba Wolczewski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens-Ola Lund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Wincenty Cholewa scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Ola Lund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. KoLiber's Angel Vazquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save KoLiber from getting a goal against them. Wincenty Cholewa kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Jens-Ola Lund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wincenty Cholewa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, The Skates's goal looked a bit too open when Wincenty Cholewa came free, but Jens-Ola Lund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens-Ola Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziemowit Nalaskowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The Skates's Jens-Ola Lund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Nalaskowski in the 39th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, The Skates's goal looked a bit too open when Ziemowit Nalaskowski came free, but Jens-Ola Lund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The Skates's supporters rose to their feet, but Joacim Svanberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Vazquez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joacim Svanberg in the 76th minute of play forced KoLiber's goalkeeper Angel Vazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
