After some careless play in the UFC STEAUA defense, Rodrigo Garro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Massa. The UFC STEAUA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Massa should have stopped the shot. Alexandru Caloian kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Garro in the 25th minute of play forced UFC STEAUA's goalkeeper João Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Rodrigo Garro made a precise shot to the right of João Massa. UFC STEAUA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Jiang Liang Wei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Jiang Liang Wei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, BEST FABIO F.C.'s Fausto Velloso got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When the match clock showed 50 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Jiang Liang Wei sped through UFC STEAUA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of João Massa. Hermengildo Jobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. João Augusto Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiang Liang Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hermengildo Jobo fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UFC STEAUA's protests and gave Hermengildo Jobo a yellow card for diving instead. Hermengildo Jobo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. João Massa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fritz Berghmans in the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, UFC STEAUA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermengildo Jobo to maneuver through the defense. João Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fritz Berghmans in the 61st minute of play. Despite this João Massa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. UFC STEAUA's João Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim de Queirós in the 81st minute of play. João Augusto Simões had great luck who in the 83rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Hermengildo Jobo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Hermengildo Jobo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-1 via right post in the game's 83rd minute. UFC STEAUA's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! A collision led to UFC STEAUA getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Nelson Mendoza hit a great ball. João Massa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jiang Liang Wei's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. BEST FABIO F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result.
