Alan de Souza's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Antonio Sorriva skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 18 minutes into the match, Sociedad Anónima's Edelmiro Carulla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dorian Catarinense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 19 minutes into the game, one of Microsoft Team:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Sociedad Anónima. Edelmiro Carulla stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dorian Catarinense. 0-1. After some careless play in the Microsoft Team defense, Edelmiro Carulla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorian Catarinense. The Microsoft Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorian Catarinense should have stopped the shot. Antonio Sorriva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan de Souza in the 28th minute of the match. If Edelmiro Carulla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Microsoft Team fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Sociedad Anónima. Edelmiro Carulla stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dorian Catarinense. 0-3. Marino Malet took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorian Catarinense. Dorian Catarinense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After a rather tough play, Sociedad Anónima's Santiago García got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marino Malet made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Carulla recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dorian Catarinense. Edelmiro Carulla showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. When Marino Malet came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Sociedad Anónima fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marino Malet couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd match minute, Microsoft Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Tróia to maneuver through the defense. Dorian Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marino Malet, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. A throw-in in the 71st minute of the game was made by Wanderson Branco with Luiz Fernando Ferraz as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a rather tough play, Sociedad Anónima's Stefan Kjellqvist got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute, Edelmiro Carulla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Alan de Souza notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Sociedad Anónima's Antonio Sorriva. Antonio Sorriva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Microsoft Team's Dorian Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marino Malet in the 95th minute of play.
