The audience thought a goal was coming when Davide Mameli got free with Marcelo Alvarenga in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 6 minutes into the game, Squadra de Pippe's Davide Mameli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After 10 minutes of play, Squadra de Pippe's Demetrio Colangelo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelo Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Albertosi in the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Marcelo Alvarenga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Demetrio Colangelo. After 23 played minutes DIPLOMATA FC PAB got a freekick which was hit by Romeu Tinoco. If Demetrio Colangelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcelo Alvarenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demetrio Colangelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Albertosi in the 30th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Demetrio Colangelo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Alvarenga. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Demetrio Colangelo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 40th minute, Squadra de Pippe's Davide Mameli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcelo Alvarenga. Marcelo Alvarenga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. In the 43rd minute, Squadra de Pippe's Alberigo Mauro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcelo Alvarenga. Squadra de Pippe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Demetrio Colangelo in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Alvarenga saved DIPLOMATA FC PAB from getting behind. Squadra de Pippe's attack was well implemented in the 57th minute, but when Alberigo Mauro was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Demetrio Colangelo scored 8-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcelo Alvarenga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcelo Alvarenga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Davide Mameli went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-1 was the resulting score. Marcelo Alvarenga came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Squadra de Pippe's Demetrio Colangelo. But to his dismay, Demetrio Colangelo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1. After 68 played minutes DIPLOMATA FC PAB got a freekick which was hit by Egídio de Mendonça. Alexander Albertosi hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the game, Demetrio Colangelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Squadra de Pippe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DIPLOMATA FC PAB the free kick. Edvaldo Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Davide Mameli took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Alvarenga. Marcelo Alvarenga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-1. Marcelo Alvarenga came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Squadra de Pippe's Angelo Cilli. But to his dismay, Angelo Cilli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-1. In the 85th minute, José Augusto Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute Davide Mameli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Alvarenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberigo Mauro in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Federico Nobile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Alvarenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
