Moisés Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Hreapcă in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, JFSP's Eugênio Paiva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcel Chiriță narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, JFSP's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Dascălu came free, but Moisés Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, FC Urzicuța's Manole Dascălu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moisés Novaes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 15th minute, JFSP's Eugênio Paiva ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcel Chiriță. Marcel Chiriță yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 20th minute, Eugênio Paiva fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Moisés Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Hreapcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Horácio Souto hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. If Manole Dascălu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moisés Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Dascălu, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With his leg Marcel Chiriță managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when JFSP's Eugênio Paiva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 38 in the game by Eugênio Paiva from a close distance when the talented Marcel Chiriță managed to make a qualified save. FC Urzicuța's players were relieved. Eugênio Paiva did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Marcel Chiriță 38 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute Sabin Hreapcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcel Chiriță made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Henrique Teixeira sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manole Dascălu in the 47th minute of play forced JFSP's goalkeeper Moisés Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manole Dascălu was the one to do the kick off. David Adomniței fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Novaes having to interfere. JFSP's Moisés Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manole Dascălu in the 56th minute of play. Marcel Chiriță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugênio Paiva in the 62nd minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, FC Urzicuța's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Teixeira came free, but Marcel Chiriță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Eugênio Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Chiriță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcel Chiriță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugênio Paiva in the 74th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Eugênio Paiva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Marcel Chiriță was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 78 minutes, Eugênio Paiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JFSP and the FC Urzicuța players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Urzicuța booed when JFSP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugênio Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edson Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edson Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to JFSP getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Edson Aguiar hit a great ball. The supporters of FC Urzicuța booed when JFSP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Eugênio Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JFSP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugênio Paiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Henrique Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Henrique Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Marcel Chiriță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, JFSP's Moisés Novaes got control of the ball when Manole Dascălu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, JFSP's Henrique Teixeira got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Moisés Novaes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Emanuel Rogoz. The JFSP players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
