Marcelo Bordonoba made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Clube Atlético Impávido's Percy Tavares. If Eduardo Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute, Eduardo Bezerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Impávido's goal looked a bit too open when Erasto Cobo came free, but Guto Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in RAMBO FC's zone, Percy Tavares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar-Alfredo Ibanez came out of the goal and Percy Tavares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Impávido's goal looked a bit too open when Erasto Cobo came free, but Guto Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guto Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasto Cobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Egídio de Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 minutes, Duarte Colmenero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RAMBO FC and the Clube Atlético Impávido players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eduardo Bezerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eduardo Bezerra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oscar-Alfredo Ibanez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Rafa Guimarães lost his temper 28 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Clube Atlético Impávido:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of RAMBO FC:s goal. If Duarte Colmenero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erasto Cobo made a kick off. RAMBO FC's Oscar-Alfredo Ibanez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Bezerra in the 56th minute of play. Clube Atlético Impávido's attentive Egídio de Amorim managed to snatch the ball when Lauren Foronda made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. 68 minutes into the match, RAMBO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Bezerra came free, but Oscar-Alfredo Ibanez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st match minute, Clube Atlético Impávido was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percy Tavares to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasto Cobo in the 72nd minute of play forced Clube Atlético Impávido's goalkeeper Guto Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Clube Atlético Impávido getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Eduardo Bezerra hit a great ball. After 87 played minutes RAMBO FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaizki Chirivoga. Jaizki Chirivoga kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Cido de Medeiros, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RAMBO FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
