Paulo Coimbra's late challenge caught a Minuim SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Coimbra helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Red Proud FC defense, Mazinho Berger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascoal Modesto. The Red Proud FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascoal Modesto should have stopped the shot. After having played for 10 minutes, Vitório Netto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minuim SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vitório Netto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitório Netto in the 17th minute of play forced Red Proud FC's goalkeeper Pascoal Modesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascoal Modesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Célio Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. If Juvenal Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27thth minute of the game Vitório Netto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Proud FC's Pascoal Modesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Célio Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Célio Queiroz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Red Proud FC's Pascoal Modesto. Pascoal Modesto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute Vitório Netto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascoal Modesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 40 minutes on the clock, Lucas Ramalho commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Red Proud FC's Lucas Ramalho got a free kick in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Vito Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Minuim SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Vito Ribeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascoal Modesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Davi Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th match minute, Minuim SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitório Netto to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Minuim SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Célio Queiroz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascoal Modesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vitório Netto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Pascoal Modesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Red Proud FC's Afonso Prestes got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Célio Queiroz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pascoal Modesto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. A collision led to Minuim SS getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Davi Dante hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Red Proud FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vitório Netto came free, but Pascoal Modesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mazinho Berger took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascoal Modesto. Pascoal Modesto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. In the 69th minute, Célio Queiroz made a precise shot to the right of Pascoal Modesto. Red Proud FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Red Proud FC's Pascoal Modesto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Red Proud FC from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Red Proud FC defense, Célio Queiroz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascoal Modesto. Pascoal Modesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Ribeiro in the 91st minute of play. Davi Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Minuim SS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
