Ramon Simons made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Fabiano Clemente in the 3rd minute. 8 minutes into the match, TAQUARI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Alava came free, but Geovanni Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to RockCity F.C. getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ívan Cedeño hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the game, Jama Balanza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Geovanni Vides was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the match, TAQUARI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Alava came free, but Geovanni Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24thth minute of the game Félix Cisneros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TAQUARI FC's Geovanni Vides was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute, Zayveon Quiroz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geovanni Vides was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, TAQUARI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zayveon Quiroz came free, but Geovanni Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zayveon Quiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Geovanni Vides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Fabiano Clemente got free with Ramon Simons in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardo Alava to make the kick off. Ulisses Rossi hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Félix Cisneros managed to get in a good position for a shot. RockCity F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Félix Cisneros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovanni Vides breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute, Philipp Lahn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dé Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. RockCity F.C.'s Félix Cisneros got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in TAQUARI FC's zone, Zayveon Quiroz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovanni Vides came out of the goal and Zayveon Quiroz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 68 in the game by Ricardo Alava from a close distance when the talented Geovanni Vides managed to make a qualified save. TAQUARI FC's players were relieved. Ramon Simons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philipp Lahn, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Jama Balanza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Geovanni Vides made a huge save. TAQUARI FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Jama Balanza scored to the left of an out of position Geovanni Vides, making the score, 0-3. 82 minutes into the match, TAQUARI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Alava came free, but Geovanni Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angulo Cabañero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Vides having to interfere. Geovanni Vides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angulo Cabañero in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, TAQUARI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philipp Lahn to maneuver through the defense. Félix Cisneros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Geovanni Vides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, RockCity F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Félix Cisneros to maneuver through the defense. The RockCity F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing RockCity F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
