The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Paranaense during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 2nd match minute, Vasqueiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Saturnino Roldan put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Paulista. 8 minutes into the game, Saturnino Roldan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Luís Paulista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Vasqueiro FC's zone, Saturnino Roldan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Paulista came out of the goal and Saturnino Roldan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saturnino Roldan in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Paulista saved Vasqueiro FC from getting behind. Saturnino Roldan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luís Paulista came out and tried to block the shot, but Saturnino Roldan slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 19th minute. Luís Paulista made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Saturnino Roldan sent off a good shot on target. David Cordarius made a great header on Piratas FC's corner, it was just that Vasqueiro FC's Luís Paulista managed to reach the ball for a save. If Alejo Claus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Saturnino Roldan let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 28th minute shot 4-0 at rihgt post. After 32 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Claus. In the 33rd minute Horácio Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Lizer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saturnino Roldan came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Luís Paulista could save by the left post. Murillo Lima made in the 38th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jeferson do Valle immediately put the ball in play. Saturnino Roldan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Luís Paulista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saturnino Roldan got free with Luís Paulista in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute Enio Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Lizer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Horácio Linhares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saturnino Roldan to strike the kick off in the second half. Saturnino Roldan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Luís Paulista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Murillo Lima threw the ball into play from the sideline. Piratas FC's Alvaro Martxot quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Horácio Linhares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Paulino Lizer made a huge save. When Piratas FC's Saturnino Roldan in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vasqueiro FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 59th minute Saturnino Roldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Alejo Claus put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Paulista. After 69 minutes of play, Piratas FC's Saturnino Roldan made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Paulista was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saturnino Roldan in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Paulista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luís Paulista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saturnino Roldan went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Luís Paulista came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Piratas FC's Saturnino Roldan. But to his dismay, Saturnino Roldan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 89th minute, Saturnino Roldan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piratas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. In the 93rd match minute, Piratas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Elizardo to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Piratas FC were the better team. Piratas FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
