Spectators: 7565 (Terracing: 5675, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Santos Borre took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Trixande Fåglar BK's goalkeeper Börge Jelm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benigno Loren. Cornelio Pueblo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Åke Larsfelt in the 22nd minute of the match. Börge Jelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Borre, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Börge Jelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Loren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Östen Askestät hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Reyes got free with Börge Jelm in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 44 played minutes Trixande Fåglar BK got a freekick which was hit by Morgan Haglund. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jens-Åke Larsfelt was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Unidad de Matanza booed when Trixande Fåglar BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt Göransson didn't get a good kick on the ball.
