Spectators: 7635 (Terracing: 5727, Seating: 1756, VIP seats: 152) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gaspar Linhares kicked off to start the match. Agustín Orion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. After some careless play in the Aveiro FC defense, Victoriano Estevez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo Quintela. The Aveiro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo Quintela should have stopped the shot. In the 12th match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Reno to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Quintela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulus Van Poucke in the 14th minute of the match. Maravilla's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Santiago Bakar in the 17th minute. Santiago Bakar made a great header on Maravilla's corner, it was just that Aveiro FC's Paulo Quintela managed to reach the ball for a save. Paulo Quintela was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victoriano Estevez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. Victoriano Estevez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Paulo Quintela skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Saul Francho got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute Gaspar Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustín Orion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ademar Soveral made in the 30th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Graciano Mourato however managed to control. Aveiro FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Victoriano Estevez scored to the left of an out of position Paulo Quintela, making the score, 3-0. 39 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Linhares came free, but Agustín Orion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Quintanilha took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustín Orion. Agustín Orion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Paulo Quintela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Estevez in the 44th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The wind increased when Victoriano Estevez made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Quintanilha in the 51st minute of play forced Maravilla's goalkeeper Agustín Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saul Francho kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Victoriano Estevez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo Quintela was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 66 minutes into the game, Maravilla's Victoriano Estevez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulo Quintela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. After 69 played minutes Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Reno. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Quintanilha in the 72nd minute of play forced Maravilla's goalkeeper Agustín Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aveiro FC's Gaspar Linhares got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Aveiro FC's Sálvio Palha got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 82ndth minute of the game Gaspar Linhares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maravilla's Agustín Orion was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vicente Quintanilha hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aveiro FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Santiago Bakar was slow to take the kick. During this time Maravilla's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Vasco Gentil got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 6-2. 90 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Aveiro FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Maravilla.
