Vancho Zlatev struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Cauã Guedes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zograf FC. In the 14th minute, Pedrinho Castro made a precise shot to the right of Vaklin Kortov. Zograf FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bogomil Kandov during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedrinho Castro in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vaklin Kortov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Nitra FC booed when Zograf FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radoy Dosev didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Zograf FC defense, Nando Pinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vaklin Kortov. The Zograf FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vaklin Kortov should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Nando Pinho put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Vaklin Kortov. Nando Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Vaklin Kortov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nando Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Zograf FC's Vaklin Kortov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Zograf FC from getting a goal against them. Zograf FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedrinho Castro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Pedrinho Castro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vaklin Kortov came out and tried to block the shot, but Pedrinho Castro slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 56th minute. Bogomil Kandov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Cauã Guedes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrinho Castros short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Vaklin Kortov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 64 minutes, Matheus Pitta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nitra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matheus Pitta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vaklin Kortov made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Pedrinho Castro sent off a good shot on target. Zograf FC's Vaklin Kortov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Zograf FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Pedrinho Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nitra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedrinho Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vaklin Kortov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vaklin Kortov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcel Chaves in the 69th minute. Pedrinho Castros short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Vaklin Kortov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Pedrinho Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vaklin Kortov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Nando Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Pedrinho Castro scored 0-7 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vaklin Kortov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vaklin Kortov was a little too slow when Pedrinho Castro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-8. After a defensive mix-up in Nitra FC's zone, Bogomil Kandov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cauã Guedes came out of the goal and Bogomil Kandov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mauro Ramos hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Cauã Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogomil Kandov in the 88th minute of the match. Pedrinho Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Radoy Dosev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedrinho Castros short, quick shot in the 97thth minute got Vaklin Kortov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nitra FC played a much better game than Zograf FC and deserved their victory. The Zograf FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
