The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Joey Fernandes struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. João Pedro Guedes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bomseral FC. Wanderson de Toledo's late challenge caught a Bomseral FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wanderson de Toledo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Wanderson de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 played minutes FRIENDS CITY got a freekick which was hit by Enio Koehler. João Pedro Guedes was a little too slow when Joey Fernandes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Donzel Duro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Léo Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Junior Cabrito struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. João Pedro Guedes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bomseral FC. 33 minutes into the match, FRIENDS CITY's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Cabrito came free, but João Pedro Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Huey Bom in the 38th minute of play forced FRIENDS CITY's goalkeeper João Pedro Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 minutes, Niceto Martxel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FRIENDS CITY and the Bomseral FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wanderson de Toledo to make the kick off. The supporters of Bomseral FC booed when FRIENDS CITY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Martxel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dudu Mandrak's late challenge caught a Bomseral FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dudu Mandrak helped the player get up and apologised. João Pedro Guedes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johans Vega's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Bomseral FC's Junior Cabrito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Pedro Guedes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Wanderson de Toledo might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donzel Duro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wanderson de Toledo ran back to his position shaking his head. FRIENDS CITY's João Pedro Guedes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joey Fernandes in the 65th minute of play. Wágner Prado kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. If Johans Vega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Junior Cabrito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bomseral FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Junior Cabrito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Pedro Guedes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute, Dudu Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FRIENDS CITY getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Vivaldo Maranhense hit a great ball. Bomseral FC's Huey Bom couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FRIENDS CITY. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joey Fernandes in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro Guedes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Bomseral FC's zone, Niceto Martxel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donzel Duro came out of the goal and Niceto Martxel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bomseral FC fully deserved thier win.
