The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobiasz Huratiak made a kick off. Gonçalo Mello hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Andreas Lips made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Wasikowski in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, Montevideo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Brito to maneuver through the defense. Andreas Lips took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szczepan Wasikowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gildia Magów's Hugon Kosel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto Martins in the 67th minute of play. After 74 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by Genílson Gomes. Andreas Lips was a little too slow when Szczepan Wasikowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-6. With a little luck, Montevideo's Andreas Lips got control of the ball when Tobiasz Huratiak tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Gildia Magów's Tobiasz Huratiak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andreas Lips made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. When Dobromir Ruszczyk fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gildia Magów's protests and gave Dobromir Ruszczyk a yellow card for diving instead. Zé Roberto Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugon Kosel having to interfere. Andreas Lips showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szczepan Wasikowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute.
