After a rather tough play, Mete y Raspa FC's Oxarra Gregorio got a free kick in the 13th minute. Musko Obeso scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Illimar Sulg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, FC Hugo's Illimar Sulg got control of the ball when Musko Obeso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Musko Obeso kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Mete y Raspa FC's Ostadar Casas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Illimar Sulg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Paavo Peet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marián Futej was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half FC Hugo were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ostadar Casas was the one to do the kick off. Illimar Sulg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ostadar Casas in the 51st minute of play. The supporters of FC Hugo booed when Mete y Raspa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oxarra Gregorio didn't get a good kick on the ball.
