In the 4th match minute, FC Beatriz 08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oso Cienfuegos to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blas Nastasio in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eurico lago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eurico lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Nastasio in the 10th minute of the match. Eurico lago didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blas Nastasio went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the game, Blas Nastasio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eurico lago. Blas Nastasio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The supporters of FC Beatriz 08 booed when Menchu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Fonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Menchu FC's Astor Cefero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartosz Figlewski in the 25th minute of play. Eurico lago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blas Nastasio in the 26th minute. Eurico lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Nastasio in the 28th minute of the match. After 28 minutes of play, Menchu FC's Blas Nastasio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eurico lago was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Blas Nastasio got free with Eurico lago in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Gaspar Gago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Fonso hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Eurico lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Nastasio in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bartosz Figlewski was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Oso Cienfuegos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Blas Nastasio came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Menchu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Nastasio couldn't finish the play. Menchu FC's Aristides Inge was substituted for Jeremias Harkaitz. Eurico lago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Blas Nastasio's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute of the match Benigno Karmel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eurico lago showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's goalkeeper Astor Cefero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaspar Gago. Eurico lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Karlo in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of FC Beatriz 08 booed when Menchu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Fidensio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when António Lessa got free with Astor Cefero in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Astor Cefero stood somewhat misplaced when Bartosz Figlewski came free in front of goal and shot 3-2 to the left of him in the 75 minute. Eurico lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Karlo in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Leonel Karlo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Eurico lago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in FC Beatriz 08's zone, Blas Nastasio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eurico lago came out of the goal and Blas Nastasio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Menchu FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Beatriz 08 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
