With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Diego Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernhard Hafjall in the 12th minute of play. Bernhard Hafjall took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Kahn. Diego Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 23rd minute Hagbard Ribov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Strib Galacticos IF's Bernhard Hafjall got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goal looked a bit too open when Hagbard Ribov came free, but Diego Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Strib Galacticos IF's Hagbard Ribov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diego Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 37 played minutes Strib Galacticos IF got a freekick which was hit by Sivart Djursgård. Diego Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernhard Hafjall, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Timo Rokmann's late challenge caught a CANTERANOS DMS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timo Rokmann helped the player get up and apologised. Timo Rokmann kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Virgilio Huarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CANTERANOS DMS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgilio Huarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th match minute, CANTERANOS DMS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzales Hoz to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Strib Galacticos IF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Hagbard Ribov made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Bernhard Hafjall could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Diego Kahn however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, CANTERANOS DMS's Diego Kahn got control of the ball when Bernhard Hafjall tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goal looked a bit too open when Hagbard Ribov came free, but Diego Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th match minute, Strib Galacticos IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolaus Avnstorp to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, Hagbard Ribov notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of CANTERANOS DMS's Diego Kahn. Diego Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Diego Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hagbard Ribov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goal looked a bit too open when Hagbard Ribov came free, but Diego Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiriboga Campuzano in the 67th minute of play forced Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Gunvald Glarkrog to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind CANTERANOS DMS's goalkeeper Diego Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gunvald Glarkrog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edson Gandulla, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goal looked a bit too open when Hagbard Ribov came free, but Diego Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hagbard Ribov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Diego Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Hagbard Ribov slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 76th minute. In the 90th minute, Valdemar Ginhart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bernhard Hafjall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Diego Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernhard Hafjall in the 94th minute. The audience was convinced that Hagbard Ribov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diego Kahn was relentless in the 95th minute of the game.
