Vae Victis!!'s Délio Tasso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustavo Sauveur in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 41st minute, Lauro Sarmento fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gustavo Sauveur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauro Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The supporters of Vae Victis!! booed when Errecaborda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Gines didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Errecaborda AFC's Gustavo Sauveur got control of the ball when Vitório Pimenta tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th minute, Lauro Sarmento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vitório Pimenta was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Errecaborda AFC's Victorino Sandalio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tiago Gabriel Cabral. That made the score 1-1 after 51 minutes of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 54th minute, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Vae Victis!! hanging dry this time. After 55 played minutes Vae Victis!! got a freekick which was hit by Lauro Sarmento. Tiago Gabriel Cabral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucio Faro in the 57th minute. Lucio Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Tiago Gabriel Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Lauro Sarmento came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Vae Victis!! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lauro Sarmento couldn't finish the play. Gustavo Sauveur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Domingues in the 74th minute of the match. Gustavo Sauveur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th match minute, Errecaborda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Diaz to maneuver through the defense. Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Vae Victis!! from getting a goal against them. In the 80th match minute, Vae Victis!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivo Domingues to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, one of Vae Victis!!:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vae Victis!!. Vae Victis!!:s Tiago Gabriel Cabral showed great skill when he stopped Lucio Faro:s penalty. 82 minutes into the game, Lucio Faro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Tiago Gabriel Cabral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 88 minutes into the match, Vae Victis!!'s Falcão Garcia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustavo Sauveur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucio Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Tiago Gabriel Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
