Saturnino Sol was a little too slow when Severo Maju got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 7th minute, Celestiales's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Carlo Lattanzio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Sancho in the 14th minute of play forced Centenario Bohemio's goalkeeper Ignacio Bessone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 minutes, Damian Noe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Celestiales and the Centenario Bohemio players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Fontanini in the 17th minute of play forced Celestiales's goalkeeper Saturnino Sol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Bernabe Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignacio Bessone was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Mauro Fontanini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Saturnino Sol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saturnino Sol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Fontanini in the 34th minute of play. Celestiales's Raul Vargas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tomás Rojas in the 37 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Centenario Bohemio's zone, Bernabe Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignacio Bessone came out of the goal and Bernabe Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Centenario Bohemio's Ignacio Bessone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabe Sancho in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Bernabe Sancho made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Centenario Bohemio's Aristides Gaur broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Saturnino Sol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Maju in the 59th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Mauro Fontanini notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Celestiales's Saturnino Sol. Saturnino Sol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute Celestiales were awarded a corner. Armando Cresenciano went to the cornerflag to take it. Ignacio Bessone was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Bernabe Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernabe Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Celestiales's Bernabe Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ignacio Bessone. That made the score 2-3 after 76 minutes of play. Ignacio Bessone stood somewhat misplaced when Bernabe Sancho came free in front of goal and shot 2-4 to the left of him in the 81 minute. Anastasio Madaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Fontanini in the 88th minute of play forced Celestiales's goalkeeper Saturnino Sol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Centenario Bohemio's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Sancho came free, but Ignacio Bessone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacio Bessone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernabe Sancho's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Franco Camargo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Ignacio Bessone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Sancho in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Centenario Bohemio lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
