In the 3rd match minute, Degerfors IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Laffitte to maneuver through the defense. After 4 played minutes Degerfors IF got a freekick which was hit by Selman Durkaya. Emiliano Luzea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sebastian Sandberg. Degerfors IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Roronoa's goal looked a bit too open when Guto Gomes came free, but Clemente Escobar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Åke Fors hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clemente Escobar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Fors, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Luzea charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emiliano Luzea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Roronoa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Luzea to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes in the game Flavio Ladio did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Bonifacio Oliverios. Roronoa's Clemente Escobar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Fors in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the game, Silvano Walme landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Wilfredo Laffitte fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Degerfors IF's protests and gave Wilfredo Laffitte a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Nemesio Steven ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Sandberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Åke Fors blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Escobar having to make a save. 37 minutes into the match, Roronoa's goal looked a bit too open when Åke Fors came free, but Clemente Escobar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredrik Isak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Escobar having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nemesio Steven to make the kick off. Sebastian Sandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Steven, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute of the match Roronoa got a corner. Degerfors IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eusebio Jobo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eusebio Jobo made a great header on Roronoa's corner, it was just that Degerfors IF's Sebastian Sandberg managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 54th minute Åke Fors suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Genzo Wakabayashi fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Roronoa's protests and gave Genzo Wakabayashi a yellow card for diving instead. Degerfors IF made a substitution. Kristian Brodin replaced Åke Fors. Genzo Wakabayashi hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Nemesio Steven's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Sandberg was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Kristian Brodin hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the game, Amado Baumar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Degerfors IF's Henrik Nordlund quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Clemente Escobar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Brodin in the 74th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kristian Brodin in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Escobar saved Roronoa from getting behind. 82 minutes into the game, Degerfors IF's Kristian Brodin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Escobar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 92 minutes into the match, Roronoa's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Brodin came free, but Clemente Escobar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Kristian Brodin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clemente Escobar. That made the score 1-2 in the 95 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Degerfors IF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
