Gol tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eriberto Honesto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Miguel Godoy came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the 1989 Blxsk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Godoy couldn't finish the play. In the 7th match minute, Black Rose 1979 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo-Nicolás Pérez to maneuver through the defense. When 1989 Blxsk's Miguel Godoy in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Baldomero Guillem was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd match minute, Black Rose 1979 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Richie to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Godoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Baldomero Guillem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eriberto Honesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from D.J. Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by D.J. Gol in the 30th minute of play forced 1989 Blxsk's goalkeeper Eriberto Honesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30thth minute of the game D.J. Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1989 Blxsk's Eriberto Honesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baldomero Guillem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Black Rose 1979's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Candido Kemen was slow to take the kick. During this time 1989 Blxsk's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on 1989 Blxsk's corner Candido Kemen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Baldomero Guillem quite easily take care of the ball. Eriberto Honesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo-Nicolás Pérez, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The long shot by Hernan Florin in the 40th minute really tested Eriberto Honesto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Baldomero Guillem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, D.J. Gol lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Eriberto Honesto. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Godoy to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Godoy got free with Baldomero Guillem in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 53rd minute Luke De Kelper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Guillem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Black Rose 1979's Baldomero Guillem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Heredia in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Heredia in the 61st minute of play forced Black Rose 1979's goalkeeper Baldomero Guillem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Miguel Godoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomero Guillem was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Baldomero Guillem made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Candido Kemen sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the game, Miguel Godoy recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Baldomero Guillem. Miguel Godoy showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Severiano Jeraldo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. 1989 Blxsk's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 93 minutes of play, 1989 Blxsk's Severiano Jeraldo made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baldomero Guillem was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. 1989 Blxsk walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
