With 3 minutes on the clock, Adam Bratiloveanu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 4th match minute, Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Bratiloveanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute Txurio Cardigondi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Ştati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Caetano Reyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sorin Lipan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but André Sander made a huge save. In the 15th minute Costică Brânzaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Sander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute of the match, Costică Brânzaș got a very nice opportunity to score, but André Sander was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 18th match minute, Fire Breathers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Salmon to maneuver through the defense. Sorin Lipan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but André Sander made a huge save. Fire Breathers FC's André Sander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Fire Breathers FC from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Costică Brânzaș sped through Fire Breathers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of André Sander. In the 36th minute Leonard Cartianu suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 36 minutes into the game, Osmundo Careaga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fire Breathers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ the free kick. Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ made a substitution. Ionuț Nicolescu replaced Leonard Cartianu. Sorin Lipan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but André Sander made a huge save. Sorin Lipan took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Sander. André Sander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ernest Ştati didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osmundo Careaga went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 54 minutes into the match, Fire Breathers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Costică Brânzaș came free, but André Sander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernest Ştati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txurio Cardigondi in the 58th minute of play. Osmundo Careagas short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Ernest Ştati to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 62 minutes into the match, Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s goalkeeper Ernest Ştati had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osmundo Careaga. Ernest Ştati stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Txurio Cardigondi's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Ernest Ştati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pello Pariente, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. André Sander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Costică Brânzaș's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s Ernest Ştati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Goizeder Parserises in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute Goizeder Parserises shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Ştati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s goalkeeper Ernest Ştati had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Txurio Cardigondi. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pello Pariente was slow to take the kick. During this time Fire Breathers FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Pello Pariente got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ernest Ştati quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ionuț Nicolescu hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Pello Pariente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fire Breathers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pello Pariente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernest Ştati breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 82 minutes of play, Fire Breathers FC's Txurio Cardigondi made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernest Ştati was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Costică Brânzaș in the 88th minute of play forced Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper André Sander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute Costică Brânzaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Sander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ionuț Nicolescu hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fire Breathers FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
