Mithat Cevan hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cornel Cupșa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Menderes Hikmet. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornel Cupșa in the 14th minute of play forced Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Menderes Hikmet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th match minute, Gothic Souls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umur Yuluğ to maneuver through the defense. Iordache Hirean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryan Giggs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Menderes Hikmet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qiu Wei Ting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Minerul Baita -MM- getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Qiu Wei Ting hit a great ball. Cornel Cupșa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Menderes Hikmet came out and tried to block the shot, but Cornel Cupșa slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 24th minute. In the 30th minute, Gothic Souls's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Doru Găvan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 36 minutes into the game, Qiu Wei Ting cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Menderes Hikmet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Menderes Hikmet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornel Cupșa in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Ionuț Vasiliu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 55th minute, Ionică Şendrea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Menderes Hikmet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doru Găvan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cezmi Çağakan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Hirean having to interfere. Menderes Hikmet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Ferenț, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezmi Çağakan got free with Iordache Hirean in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the game, Cezmi Çağakan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iordache Hirean. Cezmi Çağakan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Iordache Hirean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Bedri Korhan in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Doru Găvan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minerul Baita -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. When Mehmet Bedri Korhan fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gothic Souls's protests and gave Mehmet Bedri Korhan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Mehmet Bedri Korhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Xalo Camara was substituted for Felix Ferenț. After a rather tough play, Gothic Souls's Mehmet Bedri Korhan got a free kick in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Vasiliu in the 83rd minute of play forced Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Menderes Hikmet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menderes Hikmet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qiu Wei Ting in the 86th minute of play. In the 86th match minute, Gothic Souls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wesley Sneijder to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Doru Găvan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minerul Baita -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. There was no doubt that Minerul Baita -MM- were the better team. Minerul Baita -MM-'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
