Steinar Stålhandske didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-1 via right post in the game's 27th minute. Flamengo de San Blás's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 30 minutes into the game, Steinar Stålhandske cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Donald Kearns was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th match minute, Flamengo de San Blás was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Fernández to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Flames FC's Micheal Burnham tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Steinar Stålhandske stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Donald Kearns showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Herbruger in the 57th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Flamengo de San Blás. Steinar Stålhandske stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Donald Kearns. 5-2. 66 minutes into the match, Flamengo de San Blás's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrose Keen came free, but Sebastián Trejos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Steinar Stålhandske left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
