The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Luque got free with Eser Akil in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. My Perfection's Eser Akil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save My Perfection from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aybars Koray in the 75th minute of play forced River CBBA's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Süreyya Türemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eser Akil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leopoldo Luque in the 89th minute. Marcelo Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aybars Koray in the 90th minute of play. River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Süreyya Türemen in the 91st minute of play. Tobias Abarca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eser Akil having to interfere. The My Perfection supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching River CBBA's performance. The match ended with a win for River CBBA.
