The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Janusz Haskiewicz scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Derya Güdeş, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Janusz Haskiewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Derya Güdeş was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Kutalp Akçasu hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Janusz Haskiewicz in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Derya Güdeş saved HHH from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirza Yazar in the 17th minute of play forced Sielce Warszawa's goalkeeper André Onana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Derya Güdeş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Haskiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sielce Warszawa's André Onana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Sielce Warszawa from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute Janusz Haskiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derya Güdeş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sielce Warszawa's André Onana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Tugay Akadlı in the 29th minute of play. André Onana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Tugay Akadlı in the 32nd minute of play. Derya Güdeş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janusz Haskiewicz in the 48th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Janusz Haskiewicz to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, HHH's Şansal Mahçupyan got a free kick in the 51st minute. Derya Güdeş made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Janusz Haskiewicz sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Sielce Warszawa's Leon Karp got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute of the game Yaşar Nuri Akbaba made a throw-in which Göktuğ Yamaç played forward. HHH's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mirza Yazar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in HHH's zone, Janusz Haskiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Derya Güdeş came out of the goal and Janusz Haskiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sielce Warszawa's Janusz Haskiewicz in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HHH's goalie prevented a goal. Leon Karp was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 92 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the game, one of Sielce Warszawa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave HHH a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Yaşar Nuri Akbaba, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sielce Warszawa's André Onana. 1-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the HHH players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
