In the 9th minute, Alpheios Logarakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nova Era fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Mosk booed when Nova Era was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Rocio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Roland Ostermann made a precise shot to the right of Chico Pinho. Nova Era's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The supporters of Mosk booed when Nova Era was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Tande didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reynaldo Mello made a great header on Nova Era's corner, it was just that Mosk's Martin Soer managed to reach the ball for a save. Martin Soer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Beltrán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Soer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 32nd minute. Nova Era's Chico Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berry Korevaar in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Beltrán in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Soer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes in the game, Alpheios Logarakis dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Martin Soer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucas Beltrán showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 43 minute of play. Martin Soer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Beltrán in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ed Seinstra to make the kick off. Ger Holke charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ger Holke the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 53rd minute of play forced Mosk's goalkeeper Martin Soer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Nova Era were awarded a corner. Eugênio Meireles went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 57th match minute, Nova Era was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Tande to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Nova Era's Lucas Beltrán sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Martin Soer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Mosk's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Beltrán came free, but Martin Soer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Lucas Beltrán ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Soer was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Mosk's Bram van Galen was substituted for Demy ten Rouwelaar. Chico Pinho made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Berry Korevaar sent off a good shot on target. When Nova Era's Lucas Beltrán in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mosk's goalie prevented a goal. In the 83rd match minute, Mosk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berry Korevaar to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Mosk's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Beltrán came free, but Martin Soer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nova Era's Chico Pinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Nova Era from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Beltrán in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Soer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Alpheios Logarakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Soer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Beltrán in the 90th minute of play. Artur Tande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mosk players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nova Era.
